To provide instruction in academic skills which will enable students to succeed in their current classroom setting, in standardized testing situations, and in pursuing education and career goals beyond the twelfth grade.

To plan and deliver effective one-on-one programs to meet and exceed grade level requirements in reading, writing, and mathematics.

To do the above in a manner which is respectful to the student and to his/her family.

To foster a love of learning, develop a sense of responsibility, and empower students to acquire leadership qualities through good scholarship.
